Maître SIBENALER firstly worked for several years in Germany as assistant lawyer in a commercial law firm.

After her admission to the Paris Bar in 1995, whilst maintaining an activity as a general lawyer, she became more specialised in labour law which today constitutes her main activity..

Her activity in labour law concerns individual as well as collective labour relations, such as ::

- contracts of employement,
- individual labour relations (advice and proceedings before the labour tribunal),
- the law concerning organisations representing employees (advice and litigation),
- Union law.
