Do you know the calorimetry principle ?The RF power is dissipated in the rod resistor inside the load : first, cold water flow enters the load and goes out hot, and water is then cooled on the heat exchanger.While measuring cold temperature, hot temperature and flow of water, you can obtain the power dissipated by the resistor by this simple relation:
P (in kW) = 1.16 x Q (en m3/h) x [ Tc -Tf ] (in °C)
The calorimeter is avaliable on 15kW, 25kW & 50kW dummy loads,
Full scale reading : 3% Calibration possible for power survey purpose
Energy meter inside, including flowmeter and temperature probes,
Single unit construction Remote interface : serial RS 232 with minicom software and Windows TM display
