APPLICATION

Produce laboratory grade purified and hydrocarbon free air from an existing in house oil free compressed air supply.

Eliminates the need for inconvenient high pressure cylinders.  it is ideal for use with :

§  GC-FID, NPD, FPD

§  THA

OPERATING MODE 

The pretreated air passes through a coalescing filter to eliminate oil, water and the particles higher than 5 microns. The hydrocarbons including methane are removed by oxidation on a  platinium/palladium catalyst heated . A particle filter  at  the exit of the catalyst, makes it possible to eliminate the residual particles from outgoing flow.

If your compressed air is not treated, chooses : Ultra Zero Air which integrates a treatment of the air upstream or looks into our range of air dryers.

Allows to be franked from any network. This range of generator has an acceptable sound level within a laboratory (< 55 dB).

The generator has a real-time calendar and clock which can be easily updated no matter where you are in the World. By using the Auto-Run function you can select when the generator runs giving you complete control of your gas supply and saving energy.
Example: If your laboratory working hours is 8am to 6pm, set the generator to start at 5am to ensure you have high quality gas at 8am and have it switch off at 7pm, reducing running time and energy by some 55%.

This purifier uses a process in 5 stages to purify the ambient air in  high quality  air.

This purification unit integrates a pre and post filtration , an air dryer , a catalyst and  an activated carbon cartridge.

OPERATING MODE 

Ce générateur d'air pur travaille sur le principe de l’adsorption par balancement de pression. Cette technique fait appel à deux colonnes remplies d’alumine activée. Les colonnes alternent entre le mode de purification et régénération afin de purifier l’air comprimé.
