The chalet is of recent construction (1995). It is surrounded by a flat ground without danger for children, on a way borrowed mostly by hikers and cyclists.

The country cottage comprises all modern comfort with : insulation, double glazing and electric heating. Hot water is provided by an electric cumulus for the bathroom and the kitchen.
