General conditions
:
The studio can contain 4 people comfortably. It is in conformity
with the description that we gave to you previously. We ask
you to respect the limit of 4 people maximum.
On the assumption that more than 4 people have lived in the
apartment, we would be obliged to count a overcost of 11
euros per personne and per day.
The tenant is major, the tenant is responsible for the places.
In case of accident or breakdown, the tenant will have to
inform the owner and the guardian. No little repair could
be undertaken. The dogs are not accepted.
Reservation
:
A payment of an deposit corresponding to 25%
of the total cost of the rental will be asked as a reservation.
Apart from the payment on the deposit , the reservation is
not effective.
Confirmation
:
To have the confirmation of the rental period, the remainder
of the cost of the rental will have to be paid 6 weeks before
the beginning of the stay. After payment of the totality of
the price, the owner will confirm by writing to the tenant
that the rental is allotted to him.
Cancellation
:
The tenant, constrained to cancel his reservation will confirm
by mail that he desists from the rental. The owner will try
to relet the places then. At the reception of the mail, (the
date of the post office being taken), refunding will be carried
out according to principles which follow.
More than 6 weeks before : deposit & remainder
are refunded completely after deduction of 8€ contractual
for expenses.
Less than 6 weeks before : the remainder of the cost
of the rental will be refunded completely. The deposit is
not refunded. However, if the owner could find a new client
for the lost period, the deposit would be refunded after deduction
of 8€ contractual for expenses.
Guarantee :
Our concern is to provide a beautiful and clean apartment.
A guarantee of 305 €, covering the expenses of repairing
of the places will be payed by the client. With the handing-over
of the key, the guarantee will be given to the guardian as
a cheque.The owner will not cash the cheque of guarantee,
except if a repair, the replacement of objects or a cleaning
appear to be necessary.
Tourist tax
:
By decision of the SIVM Serre-Chevalier of
the 31/10/2000 the owner must levy the tourist tax. The order
for the payment is "Trésor Public".
Handing-over
of the key :
In general, the schedules of arrival and leaving
are as follows:
Arrival : Saturday at 14 H00
Leaving : Saturday at 10 H00
The tenant will envisage to warn the owner
to fix the conditions of arrival for the catch of the key.
Nota : The owner could not be blamed if the
vehicle of the tenant could'nt access to the chalet because
of the climatic conditions.
Beginning
of the stay :
The key is givent to the client by the owner. An inventory
of fixtures is made. The apartment is provided clean and in
good condition, it will have to be returned thus at the end
of the stay.
End of the
stay :
The apartment is provided clean and in good condition, it
will have to be returned thus at the end of the stay. The
inventory of fixtures will be made by the owner. The client
could participate to it if he wants to. If a complementary
action to repair proves is necessary, a lump sum of 38 euros
will be deduced from the guarantee. Any damaged material will
be replaced with the expenses of the tenant. The value of
the object will be withdrawn from the guarantee. To compensate
itself, the owner will cash the cheque, will make carry out
repair or replace the damaged object and then will refund
the difference with the tenant.
The tenant admits having taken knowledge
of this leasing agreement. The tenant accepts the conditions
of hirings as described in this contract. We remain at your
