The studio is located in a chalet is of recent construction (1994). It is surrounded by a flat ground without danger for children, on a way borrowed mostly by hikers and cyclists.

The country cottage comprises all modern comfort with : insulation, double glazing and electric heating. Hot water is provided by an electric cumulus for the bathroom and the kitchen.

The studio of 30m2 is composed as follows:

A hopper of entry, a lounge, a kitchen contiguous to the lounge, a bathroom with WC, a mezzanine

A parking spaces and a ground of 700m2

The hopper of entry allows a comfortable access in winter. There is enough place to arrange ski boots or others.

The lounge has a table, 5 chairs, 1 sofa bed, 1 table, 1 dresser. The mountain environment is favoured by the lightings. The lounge is near the little kitchen. There is also a mezzanine with 2 beds.

The little kitchen has the essential elements to live a stay in the mountain agreeably :

1 sink, 4 hotplates, 1 refrigerator, 1 furnace, 1 electric coffeemaker, 1 raclette grill

And all the usual kitchen's equipment...

The bathroom is composed as follows :

A shower, A wash-hand basin, a WC, a storage unit
