DEVELOPMENT AND DIVERSIFICATION : STAFF TRAINING
As from July 1st 2006, the new guidelines (MSC.1/Circ.1206) relating to Convention Solas require, that the staff carrying out the annual and five yearly inspections of rescue equipment to be trained and certified by the manufacturers. To answer this need for certification, Macor staff are regularly trained with the international manufacturers.
The list of manufacturers with whom Macor has obtained approvals can be consulted in the heading MSC.1206.
Other approvals are in course of approval in 2007,and this in order to increase Macor’s intervention capacities.
To carry out sucessfully this activity, Macor relies on its reactivity, mobility and the competences of its personnel.

Macor has decided to update its website, and for that it called upon the EJCM, Journalism and Communication School of Marseilles. Indeed, the EJCM has created for a few years a Professional Masters Degree specialized in management multimedia projects. Macor recruited a 1st year trainee and this delicate mission, all in being a real experience was entrusted to this student. By the means of Internet, a company diffuses its image but also its ambitions and its competences, thus the object of this new site.
