In the north of the Vaucluse, half a mile from the centre of Vaison La Romaine, a spectacular east-facing Provençal house with magnificent views of Mont Ventoux and the Valley of the Ouvéze.
Very spacious living area set in an acre of landscaped grounds. Automatic gates.
Interior
A vast, light and airy living room (50m²) leading via two bay windows to the terrace, garden and swimming pool. Here you will also find the salon, with areas for reading, listening to music or enjoying television in front of a traditional open fire. The dining/meeting room has a marble table seating 10/12.
A very spacious and bright kitchen combining the traditional with top-of-the-range appliances. Work surfaces and sink units cut from Travertin marble, wooden storage cupboards painted à l’ancienne and country-style tables and chairs seating 10/12.
A multi-function oven, 5 gas rings, two ceramic hobs with built-in deep-frying unit, double-sink and dish-washer.
From the kitchen, French windows lead to the sheltered summer kitchen with barbecue and wrought iron table seating 10/12.
The laundry-room is accessible from both the kitchen and the terrace and is equipped with an American fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble-dryer and steam ironing-board.
4 bedrooms on the ground floor. One with king-size bed, private bathroom with bath and hand-basin.and WC. 2 further bedrooms with king-size beds, bathroom with shower à l’italienne and two hand-basins.and separate WC. One with double beds 90x190 with multi-jets shower and privaate WC

10 x 5m swimming pool with 12 deckchairs, armchairs, tables and parasols. Shallow end – 0.5m. Deep end 2.5m. Access by stairs and pool ladder.
Pool house with shower, WC, sink unit, low-level fridge and micro-wave oven.
Sheltered parking, electric gates, automatic watering system.
Grounds are tree-planted and laid to lawn.
EQUIPMENT: Salon with flat-screen 16/9 television, video recorder, DVD player with a library of more than 100 DVDs, hi-fi unit with CD player. All bedrooms have a television set with six French channels available and decodeurs TNT/ASTRA. ADSL/WIFI internet access free.
SERVICES: All linen is provided and is changed twice a week. 5 hours housekeeping per week is included during your stay on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3h00 to 5h30 pm. The house has security alarm and electronic surveillance.The gardien (person in charge for watering the grounds and swimming-pool maintenance carried out the every day of 7h00 am with 9h00 am of the morning) can be found in the pavilion adjoining the main house. The reception area is also located here.
